GDL acquired a 140 acre site in 2016 adjacent to the town of Alyth, near Blairgowrie, Perthshire with a view to constructing a large property development comprising 60 bed care home, 200+ residential units and 9 commercial units. The Directors are Malcolm Officer who spent 20+ years in property corporate banking, responsible for funding and development, and George Fairley who has 30+ years track record in house-building.
